Full-time

  • Identify, research, and source potential B2B/B2C leads through digital channels, databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn, active sourcing).

  • Qualify incoming and outbound leads to ensure they match the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP).

  • Conduct outbound reach (cold/warm messaging, emails, or discovery calls) to pitch services and generate interest.

  • Assist in managing and closing sales deals, supporting the sales cycle from first contact to conversion.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database accurately, tracking lead statuses, interactions, and sales pipelines.

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns focused on direct lead generation and client acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the creative and video teams to align promotional content with active sales strategies.

  • Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting on sales metrics (conversion rates, lead volume).

Job responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience or strong academic background in Sales, Business Development, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) and project management platforms (Notion, Trello, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of lead generation tools and active sourcing techniques.

  • Highly structured, goal-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Interest in client acquisition, B2B sales strategies, and business growth.

  • Availability to work on-site in Madrid.

  • Languages:

    • English: mandatory (minimum B1)

    • Spanish: not required (but a plus for local sales)

    *All equipment and cameras will be available to the intern.

Opportunity to continue your training:

*At the end of the internship, if the conditions are met, a Junior position will be offered with a minimum contract permanence of 12 months in the company.

The internship runs for 4 months (June 1st to September 30th), offering valuable hands-on experience in sales and marketing. Working days are Monday to Friday, with a schedule of 8 hours per day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Interns will enjoy all Spain public holidays off.
