Full-time

  • Manage and support social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta).

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content aligned with each client’s brand identity and goals.

  • Design posts, stories, and basic visual assets using Canva and other design tools.

  • Support the execution of social media strategies, campaigns, and content calendars.

  • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to propose fresh and creative content ideas.

  • Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting (engagement, reach, growth).

  • Collaborate closely with the creative and video teams to ensure visual and tonal consistency.

  • Support community management tasks when required (comments, DMs, interactions).

Job responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience or strong academic background in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.

  • Strong knowledge of Canva (mandatory) and familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.

  • Understanding of Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook), including posting formats, trends, and basic insights.

  • Interest in content creation, branding, and digital storytelling.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Trello, or similar project management platforms is a plus.

  • Languages:

    • English: mandatory (minimum B1)

    • Spanish: not required

  • Availability to work on-site in Madrid and participate in meetings or productions when needed.

  • Being active on social media, creative, and trend-aware will be considered a plus (but not a requirement).

All training sessions are optional and offered outside working hours for the intern, who must request them if interested. These are not mandatory:

  • Training in Meta platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, content formats, and basic performance insights.

  • Training in artificial intelligence, both text-based and generative image AI.

  • Training in artistic photography*
    *All equipment and cameras will be available to the intern.

Opportunity to continue your training:

*At the end of the internship, if the conditions are met, a Junior position will be offered with a minimum contract permanence of 12 months in the company.
