  • Transform raw video material into high-quality, impactful visual content for commercial, branded, and social media projects.

  • Edit and refine video clips to ensure strong storytelling, pacing, and visual coherence.

  • Design and integrate motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects aligned with brand identity.

  • Add and synchronize music, sound effects, and subtitles to enhance narrative impact.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver engaging video assets.

  • Adapt content to different platforms and formats while maintaining consistency.

Job responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory).

  • Solid understanding of motion design, animation principles, and visual storytelling.

  • Basic knowledge of sound design, subtitles, and export optimization for digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Languages:

    • English: mandatory (minimum B2)

    • Spanish: a plus, not mandatory

  • Availability to work on-site in Madrid and participate in production days when required.

All training sessions are optional and offered outside working hours for the intern, who must request them if interested. These are not mandatory:

  • Advanced training in motion graphics and animation using After Effects.

  • Training in advanced color grading and post-production workflows.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

You will assist in editing and assembling video content for social media, commercial, and branded projects. This includes organizing footage, refining cuts, adding basic graphics, subtitles, and supporting the creative team to ensure visual consistency and high production standards.

What skills do I need to qualify for this internship?

Candidates should have at least basic experience or academic training in video editing, be familiar with tools such as Premiere Pro (or Cap Cut), and have a strong interest in visual storytelling. Knowledge of social media formats and basic design tools is a plus. Proficiency in Spanish, English (C1).

Is this position in-office or remote?

This is an in-office position based in Madrid. You will also have opportunities to participate in on-site productions and filming days as part of your role.

What are the working hours?

Working days are Monday to Friday, with a full time schedule of 8 hours per day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Interns will enjoy all public holidays in Spain.

Are there opportunities for skill development?

Yes, optional training sessions are available outside working hours. These may include advanced video editing techniques, AI tools for creative production, and basic artistic photography. These sessions are designed to help you grow beyond the core responsibilities of the role.
