The full gallery is delivered within 48 hours after the event. If you need content right away for social media or press, we offer an express selection on the same day of the event, depending on the package you book.

Yes. Our studio is at Calle Ricardo Ortiz 56 and our office is in the Chamberí district of Madrid. We also produce content in Barcelona when the project calls for it.

Every photo we deliver includes color correction, light adjustment and framing, plus a version optimized for social media on top of the high resolution file. RAW content is included in the private gallery at no extra cost.

The date is blocked once you accept the quote and pay a booking deposit. With the Editorial Pack and above, the payment is split in 2 parts: the booking deposit and a second payment. The sooner you confirm, the more time we have for the planning phase, which is where the quality of the final result is really decided.

Yes, we sign an NDA before the shoot whenever the client needs it, especially for events with strategic content or ahead of a public announcement.

Every image includes a usage license for your website, social media and press. The provider reserves the right to include the content in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Yes. Our team directs, coordinates and delivers in English and Spanish. Pre-production calls, the shot list, on-site direction with your speakers and guests, and the final delivery notes are all available in English. Most of our international clients, including Bvlgari, SAP and Arch Insurance, work with us entirely in English. We can also handle mixed-language events where speakers alternate between English and Spanish.
