Podcast Production in Madrid

Every production includes 4K recording with professional equipment, full video editing with colour correction in Premiere Pro, audio mastering in Adobe Audition, delivery of the audio file in mp3 for platforms like Spotify or Apple Podcasts and the full video in mp4 for YouTube. The Presence and Authority packages also include video highlights, short vertical clips edited for Instagram and LinkedIn. In every case we deliver the raw footage if the client asks for it. Delivery time is one to two weeks after the recording session. We do not handle distribution on podcast platforms, although we can give you guidance on how to do it.

Our podcast production packages in Madrid go from 990 euros to 2,190 euros per session, depending on the number of episodes. The Essential Pack (990 euros) includes one episode recorded, edited and mastered. The Presence Pack (1,390 euros) adds three video highlights for social media. The Consistency Pack (1,490 euros) includes two episodes in a single day. The Authority Pack (2,190 euros) covers two episodes plus six distribution clips. There is no long term commitment. Every session is booked on its own. For projects with a monthly volume of episodes we offer specific terms on request.

The standard delivery time is one to two weeks after the recording session is finished. That includes video editing, colour correction, audio mastering and the video highlights if the package includes them. For projects with an urgent publishing date, ask about express delivery, with prices starting at 290 euros per episode. Once the material is delivered, the client gets one combined round of revisions to request changes before final approval. We provide a document so the client can list every change they want in one place. All files are delivered through a private Dropbox link, in the formats we agreed on.

No. Most of our clients record their first episode with us without ever having been in front of a professional microphone before. Our team guides you through the whole session. We help with the episode structure if you need it, adjust the pace and take care of every technical detail so you can focus on talking about what you know. If you have a script or an outline of topics, that works well. If you just arrive with ideas, that works too. What matters is your knowledge. We help you during pre production at no extra cost.

Video highlights are the best moments of your podcast, edited into short clips between 30 and 90 seconds, in vertical format, ready to publish on Instagram Reels, TikTok or LinkedIn. Their job is to act as distribution content. They bring new audiences to the full episode without you having to create any extra content. Every highlight includes subtitles, colour correction, its own audio mastering and basic motion graphics. They are the difference between a podcast that stays locked inside Spotify and a podcast that actively travels through social media, builds an audience every week, creates authority and makes you a reference in your field.

The production does not include managing your account on distribution platforms, that stays with the client. What we do include is delivering every file in the right format for each platform, mastered mp3 for Spotify and Apple Podcasts, high resolution mp4 for YouTube and vertical clips in 9:16 for Instagram or LinkedIn. You can choose. We have offices in Chamberí and we also have our own studio in the Ventas neighbourhood in Madrid, equipped for 4K recording with professional lighting and sound for a two person podcast. If you prefer to record at your own office, your meeting room or any location in Madrid or the Comunidad de Madrid, we bring the full equipment to record indoors or outdoors, wherever you feel comfortable. Many clients prefer recording in their own environment because they feel more relaxed and it shows on camera. As a journalist I know this well and my team gives guidance on image and voice during pre production and production, so you not only look good but sound great too.

It is the most efficient option if your schedule is tight, since you invest one day and generate three weeks of content. During the planning session before recording, we define the order, the topics and the structure of each episode to make the most of the recording time. For clients who want to record three or more episodes in one day, we offer a custom quote.

The minimum is knowing what you want to talk about. You do not need a word for word script, an outline of three to five points per episode is enough to stay on track without sounding forced. If you have a guest, let us know in advance so we can prepare the technical setup. For wardrobe, avoid thin horizontal stripes and very bright colours, since they create visual interference on camera. Avoid recognisable brand logos too. Take care of your hair and your overall look.
